I created a very unique, specialized breastfeeding diet plan for postpartum mamas looking to lose the baby weight, not their milk. I wanted to share 5 tips on creating a breastfeeding diet plan, so you can try to customize your own, independent breastfeeding diet plan at home. I am so passionate about my breastfeeding diet plan, which is much more than a postpartum weight loss program, and it covers true nourishment for breastfeeding mamas wanting to protect their milk supply while losing the baby weight. It is a program and breastfeeding diet app that will enable new mamas to safely lose the baby weight, while nourishing their bodies properly for breastfeeding. During pregnancy, our body stores water and nutrients in our fat cells to help produce colostrum and breast milk once baby arrives. It is a natural process to shed water and fat after birth while breastfeeding. Your body is also ready to…

I have a great list of resources to help you with all things breastfeeding and milk supply. I’ve breastfed three babies now, all successfully for over a year, so I’ve learned what resources are actually helpful, and which ones aren’t. Some resources are educational, and some are items that are just plain lifesavers. If you are feeling scared to breastfeed, or worried you won’t have enough milk, start with these resources and you will find yourself feeling prepared, and much less worried! My Favorite Educational Resource: Milkology I WISH, WISH I had this with my first pregnancy. I would have been much more prepared and knowledgeable on all things breastfeeding. I didn’t even know what breast milk was comprised of, or the importance of breastfeeding a lot. I always felt a bit guilty because of how much I breastfed my babies…literally whenever they wanted. Other moms would as me my…
