This post probably contains affiliate links, to items I am in love with, and I am confident you will too! For any health advice I give on nutrition and wieghtloss, make sure you check with your doctor, as I am not a health professional. I am just a mama with lots of health and fitness knowledge and experience.

Breastfeeding a new baby in the fall and winter is one of my favorite memories. Snuggling up on the couch with my little one and a cup of soup in my hand is so relaxing. All of my babies are fall and winter babies, so I have a lot of experience in losing the baby weight during the crisp and cold months while still breastfeeding. All of my babies were born in the Pacific Northwest, though we live in Florida now.
I have a very popular 10-day detox plan for breastfeeding mamas to get off sugar and start losing weight, and I wanted to also create a seasonal plan for the pre-holiday months. These are recipes that will help you lose the baby weight because they are clean, full of nutrients and light in calories, yet also help you keep your milk supply up.&nb
Of course many of the breakfast recipes use my Milk Dust protein powder, either in smoothies or lactation banana bars, and I highly recommend this protein powder if you need help losing weight and protecting your milk supply. You are welcome to use code: LACTATION for 10% off your first order. It really works, and more and more mamas are submitting their reviews to help encourage more mamas to give it a try.

If you need help losing the baby weight and keeping up your milk supply, I have a very popular program, The Postpartum Cure, which comes in an app you can download.

I am now offering personalized nutrition coaching for new mommies needing a bit more attention than a general program. I only take limited clients, get more information here!
