This workout is super fun for both mamas and toddlers! I did it the other day at the beach, and we had a blast, and I was breathing hard and sweating. With summer vacations around the corner, I figured a beach workout is totally necessary. I am a huge fan of being active with kids, so here is what we did to burn some calories, and have some laughs!
Each move is only for a minute. Most toddlers have a short attention span, to this is quick, fun and effective! I have A LOT more workouts in my program, and being added that involve toddlers and babies, and are also specifically created for postpartum weight loss.

Fit Mommy and Toddler Beach Workout: 22 minutes for two rounds, each move is 1 minute to make things easy peasy.
Piggy Back Jogging 1 Minute: jog with toddler on back up and down beach
Weighted Toddler Squats 1 Minute
Toddler Chase 1 Minute: (this one is the FAVORITE!)
Squat Holds and High Fives 1 Minute (this is hard!!)
Plank High Fives 1 Minute:
Weighted Jog Again 1 Minute:
Weighted Squat Jumps 1 Minute:
Weighted Bend Overs 1 Minute: Hinge at hips SQUEEZE glutes on way up!
Toddler Chase 1 Minute Again:
Toddler Lifts 1 Minute: Squeeze glutes on way up!
Toddler Weighted Hip Bridges 1 Minute:
Repeat TWICE for a 22 minute AWESOME and FUN workout!!
