The Postpartum Cure: Healing, Nourishing & Strengthening

In this unique program, I take you through Healing, Nutrition, Weight Loss, and Fitness.

First, we focus on healing + nourishing:

I teach you to properly NOURISH your body, so you can heal quickly, produce a healthy milk supply and lose the baby weight.

I give you recipes and a meal plan special for postpartum weight loss and breastfeeding.

I build back your pelvic floor and core through specific exercises, so you will be ready to work out, lose the weight and get your tummy back.

I give you Pilates and Cardio workouts to blast fat.

Cardio burns calories and fat, and Pilates maintains and protects your core, while also keeping you lean and toned.

There is no other program like this that takes you through healing and nourishing, then weight loss and fitness. The nutrition portion is clean and specialized for postpartum healing, breastfeeding, and safe weight loss.

ABOUT ME:

Katie Pickett

Katie Pickett

I studied nutrition and physical therapy in college and went on to become a Pilates Instructor. I BELIEVE in wellness. I believe in healing the body through specialized movements and nutrition.

So, why did I have so much trouble postpartum?

In all of my studies, postpartum care was not discussed.

As a new mom, I didn’t realize the trauma our bodies go through with birth. It wasn’t until after my first baby arrived, that I attempted to bounce back after 6-weeks.

I ended up dealing with lots of scar tissue from tearing, going to specialized physical therapy to work the scar tissue out and strengthen my pelvic floor. I have never experienced something so awkward and shocking.

Now, I’ve learned so much, and I am putting it all together to help you heal, nourish your body and lose the baby weight.

Yes, I’m ready to take my health to the next level!
