Finding the right gift for a pregnant women can actually be quite tricky because navigating the waters of baby gear and pregnancy items is a  lot to take on. I have some super brilliant and actually helpful gifts for pregnant women that I know your pregnant friend will actually NEED and love because I’ve been pregnant three times! These are the “things” that make life as a pregnant mama easier, and the challenges of a new mama more bare-able. I have two categories of gifts, one for pregnancy and on for postpartum because there are some amazing things for both stages!

I think this is such an uplifting gift for postpartum mamas. Even if you only do a couple months while baby is new, it will help tremendously. As a new mama, you rarely get out to shop or buy things for yourself that are actually fun. This will be a super fun piece of mail and goodies!

A Postpartum Healing Program:

This is one of the best gifts you can give a mama because they NEED IT! I have my program, which is a super affordable gift, with tons of information for postpartum mamas to use to heal their core, repair their pelvic floor and feel better after baby. One of the hardest parts of having a baby is getting used to a completely NEW body. I mean totally transformed, never the same again. A postpartum healing program is a great way to help a new mama find confidence again after baby!

A Belly Band:

This is super helpful to healing postpartum as well. I found that wrapping my belling reminded me to engage my core and fix my posture, which is a major portion of healing your abs postpartum. This is more important than many realize, because our posture gets completely altered with pregnancy and carrying a new baby. This is the one I used, and I still have it for when I think I need a reminder on standing tall and fixing my posture.

A Postpartum Care Kit:

This Kit-and-Caboodle from Tenth Moon is a beautiful care package, and I highly recommend perusing their site because they have some awesome options for postpartum mamas.

A Cozy Blanket:

There is something special about a blanket for those middle-of-the-night feedings. Having a special blanket that smells like mama and baby gives off happy vibes, which is also super beneficial for milk supply.

These are wonderful postpartum gifts for new mamas that will make them feel like a million bucks. Seriously, it is amazing what the small things can do when you have a new baby, are adjusting to a new body, and dealing with all the scary postpartum experiences.

If you need help losing the baby weight and keeping up your milk supply, I have a very popular program, The Postpartum Cure, which comes in an app you can download.

I am now offering personalized nutrition coaching for new mommies needing a bit more attention than a general program. I only take limited clients, get more information here!
