The Postpartum Cure is the only postpartum recovery program that is more than postpartum weight loss. So much more. The program walks you through healing your body through proper nutrition, eating specifically for breastfeeding and milk supply, protecting and rehabilitating your core and pelvic floor, and ultimately helping you regain your strength and get fit again. No other postpartum recovery program goes over all of this. In this unique postpartum recovery program, I take you through Healing, Nutrition, Weight Loss and Fitness. First, we focus on healing + nourishing your postpartum body: I teach you to to properly NOURISH your body, so you can heal quickly, produce a healthy milk supply and lose the baby weight. This program is now available on GOOGLE PLAY, as an app!! I am so excited because it is much easier to navigate and work through the recipes and meal plan. The original program is…

There are some amazing lactation snack recipes and creations, but not all of them are healthy and promote losing the baby weight. Seriously, some of them are basically super rich and gooey bars and cookies, with a dash of flaxseed and brewers yeast. Now, there’s nothing wrong with a nice, milk boosting treat, but for a daily snack, these might not be the best choice if you want to lose some of the baby weight. So, I’ve rounded up the healthiest lactation snack ideas out there, so you can have your snack, and make your milk too! Remember, the most important decision you can make postpartum is to infuse your body with nutrient-dense foods. I go over all of this in my program, which not only teaches you how to nourish your body for breastfeeding, but we also go over supplements to keep your supply up, how to strengthen your…

Food is a powerful tool when it comes to milk supply and weight loss. There are some powerful foods that help you increase your milk supply, while also helping you lose the baby weight. That is the amazing magic of nutrition. Nourishing your body postpartum is what my program is centered around because food is so accessible and what your body needs to function properly. Your body wants to let go of the stored fat to produce milk, but if it doesn’t have the nutrients to do so, it will want to hold on to that fat. If you are looking for a more in-depth plan that goes over healing postpartum, properly nourishing your body for milk supply, a meal plan and recipes and workouts to lose the baby weight, please check out my new program, The Postpartum Cure. So many mamas are having tons of success with just the little…

Lactation smoothies are one of the best tools for losing the baby weight while breastfeeding because you can blend up some awesome ingredients to boost your supply, while also helping you lose the baby weight. Green lactation shakes don’t always taste good because of the greens…but this one is super yummy. They key to a green smoothie is a really good vanilla protein powder, and frozen, sweet fruit. Rather than ice, I like frozen pineapple the best because it makes the sweetest taste, and it also blends up smooth. The protein powder (this one is super clean and safe for breastfeeding mamas), helps keep it creamy, gives you the protein you need and offers a sweet vanilla taste. Spinach is a big deal for breastfeeding mamas and milk supply, and you can read more about that in this post. I love hiding spinach in smoothies because I don’t like it…

Breastfeeding mamas are HUNGRY, and they have to eat…but they also want to lose the baby weight. It is a predicament that can leave many mamas HANGRIER than their newborn baby. But, truth be told, if you take a look at what your appetite actually means, you can totally control your appetite, lose the baby, and maintain a healthy milk supply. I’m going to go over the basics here, and in my little program, I go over everything in more detail, with meals plans, healing foods, milk-boosting supplements, recipes, shopping lists and much much more. I walk you through healing your core,  strengthening your pelvic floor and so much more.  If you are looking for a more in-depth plan that goes over healing postpartum, properly nourishing your body for milk supply, a meal plan and recipes and workouts to lose the baby weight, please check out my new program, The Postpartum…
