🎉🎉🎉We have a winner!!! She lost 12lbs in 10 days on the Free 10-day reset. You can find it on my site, and use code: happy for $10 off my skinny recipe book! Read this mama’s experience during the 10 days. I found it to be raw and relatable: 👇👇👇👇👇 “Hi, Just wanted to send along my thoughts on the 10 day reset. I’m a full time working mom who is 6 months postpartum with my third child. I gained quite a bit of weight during my last pregnancy (40 lb), and was having trouble losing weight with my busy lifestyle. I don’t get a lot of time to exercise, and was using sugar, dairy, caffeine, and carbs to get me through the days. I am breastfeeding, so I wanted to find a plan that was safe for that as well as simple. The 10 day reset was perfect! It was a reasonable period of time to commit to jumping right in, and I felt like it was easy to prepare for/meal prep. I am not a big protein shake person (sensitive to the taste of powders), but using milk dust and being encouraged to make the shakes to our own preferences, I became a fan. I am still continuing to drink them for breakfast! For the other meals, I ate a lot of salad, eggs, lean protein, fruit, veggies, and some nuts. I found the first few days were tough (headaches, malaise) due to the withdrawal from sugar and caffeine, but then I felt great afterwards. I have done a sugar detox diet a few years ago, and got ill with that for the first few days (headaches, nausea, shakes, vomiting). Luckily, the 10 day reset is not so restrictive that you get more significant withdrawal symptoms like that, but still lose a good amount of weight. I was worried about my milk supply with dieting, but other than a temporary dip, I’ve been pumping as much as I always have (even a bit more on certain days). I lost 12 lb during the reset, and feel so much better physically. I know I still have a long way to go, but my back doesn’t ache at the end of the day as it did previously. I plan to continue with the longer plan + start the ab rehab program this week.” #weightlosswhilebreastfeeding #transformation #postpartumweightloss
