Trust me. I know that there are a thousand things going through your mind when you first know you’re pregnant. Every emotion possible is happening ALL AT ONCE! When I was pregnant with my first, I thought I immediately needed to get rid of caffeine in my diet. I went cold turkey no coffee, and the headaches were massive. I was scared I was going to harm the baby, and all I knew was that you weren’t supposed to drink coffee. That was literally the first thing I did, as soon as I saw a positive pregnancy test.
