Boob food is real. It is food specifically to keep the ladies happy and produce lots of milk for your little baby. Food is essential to keeping up a milk supply, but it is the RIGHT food or nutrients. I am very serious when I tell you that nutrients are key to keeping up a wonderful supply, Your body depends on having enough nutrients to fuel your body, as well as feed your baby. I talk more in-depth about this in my program, as well as provide a clean eating plan, recipes, and meal plan to help lose the baby weight while keeping your milk supply. We’ll show you what a weight loss meal plan looks like for breastfeeding mamas, so you can create your own meal plan, but if you would like a step-by-step program to help you lose weight safely, check out our programs!
In my years of helping mamas lose weight while breastfeeding, there was a protein powder missing that was specifically designed for breastfeeding mamas to combat these sugar cravings and fully nourish mamas. I am a firm believer in nutrition for milk supply, so I created Milk Dust. Milk Dust is literally your best friend for lactation and weight loss.
If you are looking for a healthy, packaged snack, the new Milk Dust Bars are amazing! They taste so yummy, boost milk supply, are high in protein and low in sugar, and only 140 calories per bar. Seriously so yummy!
